As announced, Joomla 4.0 Beta 1 has been released for testing. In preparation for Joomla 4.0 stable, Joomla! 3.10 will primarily be a bridge between Joomla 3.x and Joomla 4.
Joomla 3.10 will contains backports of API changes from the 4.0 development branch to help ease the transition to the next major release for the community.
