VirtueMart 3.6.10 has been released to fix an important problem related to Payment/shipment Plugins' Category restriction as well as address some other issues. The VirtueMart 3.6.10 release also introduces some new features and improvements.
In VirtueMart 3.6.10, order detail opens above the order list that avoid it to disappear when the order list is too long. It also is very convenient to scroll down the order detail and select other orders.
VM 3.6.10 solves with a fail-proof calculation if you select a VAT. It means in old version, sometimes, the system did not update the discount amount. In details, changing a quantity of a discounted item did not change the discount according to the new quantity.
In addition, VirtueMart 3.6.10 deals with "automatic thumbnailing of the 'no image set' image" feature which caused a cascade of changes in the mediahandler.php file and problem in adding a new media.

- PayPal does not directly try to validate the data (for certain sub-methods), only when in checkout process
- When ChangeShopperDeleteCart option is activated, then it also empties of the addresses of the current cart
