Photon Photo Gallery generates thumbnails of your images automatically. You can also set a thumbnail background or insert a image description to each displayed image. 8 pictures can be integrated into the free version. If you want display more images with this image gallery extension, try the commercial version. Photon Photo Gallery is native to Joomla 2.5. It works also in the earlier versions, Joomla 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7. Joohopia realized this extension by the help of jQuery library, without flash.
