JSN UniForm is one of the easiest form management extensions for Joomla, which allows a Joomla form realization in a few time. We've tested it, it works fine. All form fields can be configure by drag and drop. You can add reCaptcha to your form or create multiple forms with unlimited subpages. Also notification e-mails to mutliple recipients can be added. Beside this, JSN UniForm is ready for mobiles and comes in multilingual mode for English, German, French and Danish. The free version offers the realization of simple forms with 3 amounts, 10 fileds and 100 submissions per amount. If you want to create more extensive forms, try the commercial version.
