Zhong Framework is a high flexible and customizable template framework by Francesco Zaniol of accessible template for Joomla. You can use it with Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.0. It works also in the former editions, Joomla 1.6 and Joomla 1.7. The author realized this framework by observance of the WCAG 2.0 specifications. You can build liquid layouts for any device. A fine feature is the integrated night mode for mobiles, which display your layout with a black background and high contrast text. The download is free. Zhong Framework will be delivered with Font Size Tool and layout width switcher.
